Anyone involved in dairy, from farm to farm office and throughout the industry, is welcome!

"Putting People First"

All are invited (yes, this includes men!) to join Women In Dairy Shropshire in discussion at Walford College Farm on the topic of staffing, followed by an open insurance workshop.

Our day will be split into two with the first half being kindly led by Tillie from Kite Consultancy. Tillie will be discussing how to become an employer of choice, staff retention and motivation.

The second half of our day is an open insurance workshop. We will be looking at how to get the most value from your farm insurance. From standard farms to weird and wonderful diversifications - understand what covers are available, general claims information, myth busting and answering any questions you might have.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided. First time attendance is free of charge, afterwhich a Women In Dairy/RADBF membership is required. Arrival from 10 30 for start of discussion at 11 00.
